What is living in balance?

Living in balance means paying attention to all the aspects of your life that contribute to your mood, health and happiness. When we neglect even one of of these five areas we are left with a nagging feeling of discontent, discomfort or imbalance that can affect our whole being and often the way we interact with others.

This blog will address, through a variety of posts, topics that center around this theme. Updates will be posted every Monday and will focus on:

  • Eating well: Quick and healthy recipes to nourish your body.
  • Movement: How and why to exercise and stretch our bodies.
  • Wellness: Tools to help you prioritize your health and wellness.
  • Time Out: Posts on fun subjects and ways to create space in your life for YOU!
